At this home in Port Richey, Fl. Accurate Plumbers of Florida, Inc. was called out for a leaking 40-gallon tall water heater located in the garage. We advised the homeowner how to safely shut down the unit until we arrived. After evaluating the water heater, the owners scheduled a return visit for a water heater installation, including a new Genuine Rheem 40-gallon tall water heater with new copper piping and fittings. After installation, we explained how to flush the water heater annually as part of routine maintenance. We also cleaned the work area thoroughly before thanking the homeowners and heading to our next call.
